Konvalinka's in Austria

In 1992, while doing research at the British Library, I was handed a stack of books marked for "Konvalinka" but they turned out not to be for me. Another Konvalinka was doing research in the British Library at the same time! This turned out to be Gunter Konvalinka, who lives with his family outside Vienna. He is a descendant of Jan Konvalinka (1798-??) who seems to have been from Melnik, a town about 30 km north of Prague.
